Nos encontramos actualmente en búsqueda de un Customer Service Specialist para nuestra sede administrativa ubicada en Barcelona (zona Plaza España).


Este perfil tendrá como misión proporcionar a los clientes la información y soporte de los productos y servicios que comercializa la empresa, en todas las áreas de negocio. Se encargará de atender y resolver las incidencias y reclamaciones que se producen en cualquier punto de la cadena de suministro para lograr la satisfacción y fidelización del cliente, así como realizar una labor de transmisión de información, contribuyendo de forma directa en la mejora continua del negocio.


Funciones:


Tramitación de pedidos de todas las áreas de negocio.Gestión de los avisos de devolución.Actualización de los cambios de tarifas de los productos y precios especiales de clientes.Dar respuesta a las consultas recibidas por teléfono, email o webs, de los clientes tanto internos como externos.Atender y resolver las incidencia o reclamaciones que se produzca en cualquier punto de la cadena de suministro (desde la tramitación del pedido hasta que se realiza la entrega final y se factura). Interactuando con los actores que intervienen en la cadena de valor (operadores logísticos, transportistas y departamentos internos de la empresa).Realizar registro en SAP para su posterior seguimiento y asegurar su resolución, siguiendo los procedimientos definidos para cada caso.Identificar necesidades de los clientes para lograr su satisfacción y transmitir las mejoras que los clientes trasladan a los departamentos pertinentes, para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.


Requisitos:


CFGS o FP2 en Administración y gestión.Experiencia demostrable en atención al cliente (2 años).Conocimientos en SAP – O2C o programas similares.Conocimientos en Microsoft Office, gestión de email e internet.Muy valorable nivel alto de inglés o portugués.


Ofrecemos:


Contrato indefinido por cobertura de una jubilación.Horario central de lunes a viernes.
