Estamos buscando un Jefe de Equipo Comercial B2B para liderar y gestionar nuestro equipo de ventas en el sector de energía fotovoltaica. El candidato será responsable de establecer objetivos, gestionar las necesidades del equipo, y hacer seguimiento del proceso comercial completo para la consecución de objetivos. Además, se encargará del desarrollo de relaciones estratégicas y del proceso comercial para clientes directos.


Responsabilidades Principales:


Gestión de Equipo Comercial B2B: Supervisión y dirección de los responsables de ventas regionales. Coordinación, motivación del equipo y comunicación directa con la dirección.Responsabilidad del Proceso Comercial: Gestión completa del proceso comercial en la zona asignada, centrado en la contratación de plantas fotovoltaicas para empresas.Generación de Cartera de Proyectos Directos: Supervisión del proceso comercial completo ante clientes finales.Análisis de Oportunidades: Evaluación de oportunidades generadas por el equipo, con foco en modelos de negocio y productos estratégicos de la empresa.Planificación de Estrategia Comercial: Desarrollo y ejecución de la estrategia comercial y de crecimiento en la zona de responsabilidad.Gestión Administrativa del Equipo: Coordinación de las necesidades administrativas y condiciones del equipo comercial B2B.Gestión de Relaciones Estratégicas: Identificación y desarrollo de relaciones clave con partners, clientes, colaboradores y administraciones en la zona asignada.Identificación de Nuevos Nichos de Mercado: Búsqueda y desarrollo de nuevos modelos de negocio y nichos de mercado.Actualización y Formación Continua: Mantenerse actualizado en tecnologías de autoconsumo fotovoltaico, normativa aplicable, fórmulas de mercado y análisis de competencia.


Requisitos:


Experiencia mínima de 5 años en la gestión de equipos comerciales B2B, preferiblemente en el sector energético o de tecnologías renovables.Experiencia demostrable en ventas y en la gestión de procesos comerciales completos con clientes finales.Habilidades de liderazgo, motivación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y relación con clientes y partners.Conocimientos actualizados en tecnologías de autoconsumo fotovoltaico, normativa aplicable, y competencia en el sector.Disponibilidad para viajar en la zona asignada y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma.
