Tasks
Strategic Partnership Development:**

Identify and engage potential partners, including financial institutions, technology providers, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders, and potential clients to advance business objectives.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Market Expansion and Strategy:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
Develop and execute business development strategies to enter new markets and expand the company’s footprint.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to align business strategies with technological advancements and customer needs.

Business Development Execution:

Lead the creation of detailed business proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate the value proposition of our blockchain solutions.
Manage and drive complex sales cycles from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Relationship Management:

Serve as a primary point of contact for strategic partners and clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in partnership or client relationships, ensuring positive outcomes for all parties involved.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Mentor and guide junior business development team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and legal, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business initiatives.

Industry Engagement and Representation:

Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to proactively address potential impacts on the business.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy roles within the blockchain/cryptocurrency or financial technology sector. Proven track record of successfully managing and closing high-value deals and strategic partnerships.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and related regulatory environments. Familiarity with smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and other key blockchain concepts.**
