Desde ALTEN Spain estamos buscando a un Business Development para nuestro equipo de Madrid.


¿Qué harás como Business Development Manager?

Tendrás una visión 360 del negocio, encargándote de la gestión de tu unidad de negocio. Serás el eje que articula la relación entre el consultor, la empresa y los diferentes departamentos transversales que permiten a ALTEN desarrollar su actividad con éxito.


Las funciones que realizarás serán:

Desarrollo de nuevo negocio: prospección comercial y captación de nuevos clientes.Selección y contratación de consultores.Gestión de ofertas, acuerdos y negociaciones.Gestión de costes y presupuestos: análisis de la rentabilidad de los proyectos, gestión del P&L.Gestión de tu unidad de negocio y del equipo.Determinación de necesidades de personal.Gestión y liderazgo de equipos.


Tu perfil:

Grado en Ingeniería, ADE o similares.Estudios de Máster finalizados.Experiencia previa en desarrollo de negocio al menos 1 año es un must.Buenas habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.Orientación al logro de objetivos.Buen dominio del inglés.
