**Areas of Responsibility**:
The Junior Business Development will be part of the ERG’s Business Development and M&A team in Spain (currently composed of 2 people, under development in 2023), with the aim of managing and supporting the development of the PV or Wind projects among the Iberian Region.

The role will be supporting the business development and focusing on the ESG aspects, in particular to support the preparation of all the documents needed for the Social Plan and for the participation of the ”_Concurso de Capacidtad_”. Generally speaking, the role will cover all the different stages starting from the greenfield development, project under development, ESG aspect on the M&A side for projects RtB or in Operations.

The role will be required to be part in:

- relations with local authorities during the development of a project
- relations with landowners and local population
- support the Social Plans of the projects
- support for participating to the “_Concurso de Capacitad_”
- relations with strategical partners and consultants involved in the process
- working with the ERG department (Corporate) based in Genoa (HQ)

The Junior Business Development has to coordinate with:

- the ESG team in Genoa (HQ)
- the Head of Operations in Spain and its team (Madrid)

**Studies**:
Business Administration.
Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability.

Work Experience: *
Some experience in the ESG / Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability department.

*
Languages: *
Spanish (mother tongue) and English.
Italian would be a plus.
*
IT Skills: *
Microsoft Office Package.
Other technical software will be a plus.

**Additional Information**
Place work: Madrid (currently in Pozuelo, moving to the center among 2023) with the requirement and availability to travel.
