Nuestro objetivo es maximizar el alcance de Guía Repsol, llegando a más personas y estando más presente en la vida de sus usuarios, conectar con el cliente Repsol y su ecosistema y, por último, maximizar su notoriedad y su grado de prescripción.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

Operativizar la estrategia de Guía Repsol: planes, hitos y tareas específicas.

Priorizar las líneas de trabajo a desarrollar, asignando para ello recursos y tiempos.

Coordinar a los stakeholders, tanto internos como externos, para la consecución de KPIs.

Gestionar la operativa diaria e identificar ideas de eficiencia y mejora.

Reportar el performance y los resultados obtenidos en el área.

Requisitos necesarios:

Grado o posgrado Universitario (Valorable Máster en Marketing Digital)

Amplio conocimiento del marketing digital (ej. SEO, analitica, SEM) para captación y fidelización de clientes (para soporte al Growth Content Manager)

Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en el desarrollo/escalado de canales y productos digitales (ej. metodologías ágiles) para la mejora continua de Guía Repsol

Experiencia en gestión ágil de proyectos

Experiencia con equipos multidisciplinares
