Tendrás éxito si:

Lideras la ejecución de casos digitales de Data & Analytics en todas sus fases (análisis, definición, implantación, despliegue, puesta en marcha y finalización de los proyectos…) para nuestros negocios de Trading e Industrial.

Coordinas a los equipos en comunicación y colaboración con los stakeholders digitales y del propio negocio, y apoyas al Product Owner en los casos de negocio digitales.

Colaboras en procesos de ideación, identificando oportunidades y planteando soluciones analíticas a retos de negocio, y al mismo tiempo tienes inquietud por aprender y aportar conocimiento.

Estás familiarizado con la metodología de trabajo Agile

Sobre ti:

Buscamos a una persona con titulación superior en grado, licenciatura o ingeniería con nivel alto de inglés, a la que le guste aprender en un entorno dinámico, que esté actualizada con las últimas tecnologías y que sea capaz de liderar y coordinar equipos.

Qué experiencia necesitas:

Al menos 5 años como Jefe de Proyecto o Technical Lead en la gestión y coordinación de proyectos de desarrollo de software con equipos multidisciplinares.

Conocimientos funcionales de Ciencia de Datos o experiencia en gestión de modelos analíticos (Machine Learning, Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural, Computer Vision, Inteligencia Artificial Generativa, etc.).

Aplicabilidad de metodología Scrum, uso de Azure DevOps y conocimiento del cloud de Microsoft.

Además, destacarás si tienes conocimiento del negocio de Trading y certificación PMP o equivalente.
