YOUR TASKS - Lead strategic and operational pricing initiatives to align with business objectives and market conditions. - Provide pricing support and guidance to country teams, including condition management and tool usage. - Oversee list price management via software & tools, covering initial pricing, product value scoring, and cost/margin monitoring. - Act as a liaison between pricing, logistics, and sales to improve communication and collaboration.Monitor and control regional pricing. - Conduct intra-year price adjustments based on cost changes, material updates, or market trends. - Design and implement B2B campaigns with scale discounts.Support strategic pricing projects, enhancing pricing algorithms and software development. - Emphasize profitability and growth, while proactively identifying business opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset. Requisitos YOUR PROFILE - University degree in economics or similar. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. - Proven experience in pricing or revenue management, preferably in a multinational and corporate environment. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights. - Demonstrated ability to work with and resolve complex issues, leveraging strong analytical skills to identify problems and propose effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
