Ref: VW January TRADE AND DISTRIBUTION FUNCTIONS As Sales Area Manager Madrid + North Spain, you will build strong plans and implement them in order to increase sales revenue through the existing Official Dealers (OD) network in its sales area. The Sales Area Manager South Spain will play a critical role in expending the OD network finding the right partners while being a brand ambassador. Main Responsibilities: • Responsible for the sales development of your area: Madrid + North Spain. • Develop a clear market strategy, based on company priorities and growth perspective, translated in a clear, detailed and challenging action plan to increase sales volumes. • Continue to grow sales within our sector community emphasising our brands and image to build sound relations as a quality and reliable partner. • Understanding our growth perspective, continue to develop our network by finding and choosing potential new partners that will adhere to our project and will reinforce our business model. • Understand market dynamics, competitors and future trends and feed them back to company to maintain and increase our agility to respond to the customer needs. • Be and act as an ambassador of our project, philosophy and values towards our community of existing and new dealers. • Closely collaborate with all departments that will be in touch with our community to ensure excellent customer experience. Key requirements: • Relevant experience in Sales • Experience in promotional industry (B2B) • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish. Any other European languages is an asset • Knowledge of IT tools • Negotiation and Communication skills • Ability to easily connect to people • Emotional Intelligence • Business acumen
