Well & Come Boutique Hotels offer a quiet and exclusive environment in the city center of Barcelona. Our hotels provide a more private and relaxing experience for our guests. We are currently expanding and planning to open a new location in Malaga in 2024.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations and ensuring that the hotel rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. The Housekeeping Manager will supervise a team of housekeeping staff, coordinate with other departments, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and HiringExperience in managing housekeeping operationsExcellent customer service and communication skillsKnowledge of laundry operations and proceduresAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsExperience in the hospitality industry is a plusFluency in multiple languages is a plus
