Tareas
- Gestire l'interesse dei potenziali clienti per i nostri prodotti e servizi.
- Guidare i potenziali clienti all'acquisto dei nostri prodotti.
- Utilizzare CRM e altre piattaforme software come servizio (SaaS) per tracciare le relazioni aziendali.
- Analizzare processi che potrebbero necessitare di modifiche e proporre soluzioni.
- Analizzare e comunicare i tuoi OKR (Obiettivi Chiave e Risultati), KPI (Indicatori Chiave di Prestazione) e altre metriche per il miglioramento.
- Assistere i dipartimenti di Vendite, Marketing e Operazioni in vari aspetti.
Requisitos- Laurea in Amministrazione Aziendale, Marketing o campi correlati.
- Conoscenza della suite Office, Google Drive e altre strumenti di gestione.
- Esperienza precedente con software di gestione o sistemi CRM.
- Madrelingua del Regno Unito e fluente in spagnolo.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta.
- Almeno 1 anno di esperienza precedente in vendite.
- Risiedere a Barcellona o essere disposti a trasferirsi.
