We are seeking, for our office based in Palma, an experienced Office Assistant.


Responsibilities:

  • Organize the office and assist the management in organizing agendas, trips, internal and external meetings, coordinate attendance to events.
  • Classify and distribute correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Performance of reception and customer service functions.
  • Preparation, printing and binding of documents.
  • Photocopies and scans. Sorting and sending mail.
  • Drafting routine reports.
  • Formatting, editing and transcribing documents.
  • Control office supplies and order as necessary.
  • Resolve office-related operating errors and respond to requests or issues.
  • Maintain trusted relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.


    Skills:

  • Organization: Managing tasks, schedules, and information.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Time Management: Prioritizing and meeting deadlines.


    Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or associate degree.
  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when needed.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
