You will be the architect behind the growth of our company, optimizing channels and developing innovative strategies that will directly impact the business.. # **Key Responsibilities:**. **• Strategic development and planning:** Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives and business lines.. **• KPI definition and performance analysis:** Set clear goals, monitor key metrics, and make adjustments to ensure continuous and sustainable growth.. **• Advertising campaign management:** Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads campaigns, ensuring ROI and reach growth.. **• Digital product launch strategy**: Successfully manage digital product launches, from funnel creation to executing multichannel campaigns.. **• Optimization of digital channels:** Maximize the impact of our social media, YouTube channel, online communities, and other digital platforms to enhance user engagement.. **• Brand development:** Drive the evolution of the company’s brand and its products, ensuring a consistent and attractive presence across all touchpoints.. **• Cross-departmental collaboration:** Lead multifunctional teams and coordinate actions with different areas of the company to ensure measurable and sustainable results.. # **What we are looking for in you:**. **• Advanced English proficiency (C1+):** You will be responsible for managing international strategies and communicating with English-speaking partners and clients.. **• Academic background:** Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing.. **• Professional experience:** Over 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and growth, ideally in start-ups.. **• Expertise in digital advertising:** Demonstrable experience in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Facebook Ads, optimizing campaigns with large budgets.. **• Digital product launches:** Solid experience in planning and executing digital product launches, with a focus on conversion and sales funnels.. **• Email marketing:** Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns with tools like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign is a plus.. **• Analytical and results-oriented mindset:** Experience in measuring ROI, analyzing metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data.. **• Creativity and strategic thinking:** Ability to design innovative campaigns that emotionally connect with our target audience.. # **What we offer:**. **• Opportunity for impact:** You will play a key role in the growth and global expansion of a company with significant potential in the financial sector.. **• Start-up environment:** Work in a dynamic, creative, and fast-evolving environment where your ideas will be valued and implemented.. **• Professional development:** Access to continuous training.. **• Work flexibility.**. **• Collaborative culture:** A talented and passionate team, ready to support you in achieving your personal and professional goals.
