Estamos buscando al Growth Marketing Manager que lidere una de las startups más punteras y con foco en la sostenibilidad y la economía circular, con nuestro SaaS ayudaremos a mejorar el impacto de la huella de carbono.
Buscamos que nos ayudes a Identificar las oportunidades de crecimiento y diseñar iniciativas, Maximizar los ingresos comerciales y la captación y retención de clientes.
**Tus responsabilidades**
- **Identificar** oportunidades de crecimiento en la empresa, a través del análisis de datos y la investigación de mercado
- **Desarrollar** y ejecutar estrategias para aumentar la base de clientes y la fidelización de los mismos
- **Optimizar** los procesos de adquisición y retención de clientes
- **Medir** y **analizar** los resultados de las acciones de crecimiento, para ajustar y mejorar la estrategia
- **Trabajar** en estrecha colaboración **con otros departamentos** para asegurar la coherencia de la estrategia global de la empresa
- **Gestionar** el presupuesto asignado a las acciones de crecimiento
- **Identificar** y **aprovechar** oportunidades de negocio emergentes.
- Minimizar costes y maximizar resultados de crecimiento
**Tu perfil**
Con el objetivo de optimizar tu tiempo y el nuestro te resumimos aquí las características que buscamos para este perfil:
- **Fluido en el análisis de datos y herramientas de procesamiento de datos** como herramientas de análisis, herramientas de visualización de datos, herramientas de prueba A / B, Excel, etc.
- **Capacidad para analizar con precisión** los datos del comportamiento del cliente.
- Una **buena comprensión del comportamiento del cliente **y cómo guiarlo a través del ciclo de compra.
- **Especialista en tecnología, **saber cómo traducir datos en conocimientos y combinar los datos del comportamiento del usuario con su comprensión de las necesidades del usuario (según la investigación y los comentarios de los clientes) para diagnosticar el embudo de ventas.
- **Vocación para los experimentos,** un buen Growth Manager acepta el fracaso y usa los resultados para sacar conclusiones procesables.
- **Experiência en marketing online**:
- **Self-starter,** capacidad para tomar iniciativas y llevarlas hasta el final sin supervisión.
- **Experiência en desarrollo de proyectos y productos**.
- Estudios**:Marketing, Publicidad, Administración** **de Empresas, Economía** o similares.
- Además, es importante tener experiência previa en el ámbito del **marketing** / **ventas**:
- **Experiência previa como Growth manager: 2 años**
