La vacante se encuadra en la Dirección Servicios Económico-Comerciales (SEC) en la DG CFO, dentro del

Programa general dedicado exclusivamente a la conversión a

S/4 HANA de todos los sistemas SAP del grupo REPSOL y formando parte del equipo “Design Authority”

.

La persona que se incorpore a la posición tendrá la oportunidad de participar en todos los

proyectos adscritos al Programa HANA aportando su visión y perspectiva con el fin de ayudar a los distintos negocios en la identificación de las mejores propuestas de implementación, validando finalmente junto al equipo, la mejor solución alineada al estándar SAP y homogénea y coherente con la definición global del Grupo.

estandarización, homogeneización y simplificación.

Principales funciones:

Acompañamiento en los distintos proyectos HANA (junto a la oficina de proyecto) para el diseño e implantación de las soluciones acordadas para los negocios velando principalmente por la homogeneización y estandarización de procesos.

Asesoramiento a los negocios en el desarrollo y transformación de sus procesos como parte de los proyectos de conversión a S/4 HANA sobre las mejores propuestas SAP estándar para sus procesos en detrimento de los desarrollos a medida actuales (a extinguir en la medida de lo posible)

Divulgación en los negocios y áreas TI&D de las mejoras tecnológicas de S/4 HANA que permitan abrir nuevas vías de gestión de los procesos a futuro.

Colaboración con el equipo de TI&D de cada negocio para garantizar la coherencia de las soluciones a implementar tanto en S/4 HANA como en resto de sistemas corporativos integrados con SAP.

Requisitos de la posición:

Titulación superior universitaria.

Inglés: Nivel mínimo

B2.

Orientación al cliente (área

corporativa/negocio).

Imprescindible experiencia demostrable y conocimiento técnico y funcional en SAP en módulos logísticos.

Experiencia en S/4 HANA en el área logística, especialmente conocimientos en SAP TM (Transportation Management) y/o SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management). Se valorará conocimiento de la solución de gestión de transporte y aplicaciones integradas: BNL (Business Network for Logistics) para colaboración con terceros, SAP Event Management / GTT (Global Track and Trace) para la gestión de eventos de transporte, …). En el caso de gestión de almacenes, se valorará conocimiento de la solución básica con StRM (Stock Room Management) y extendida con EWM.

Nivel alto en

herramientas ofimáticas (

MS Word, Power Point y Excel).
