What success looks like in this role
Drive financial initiatives across the business, including analysing and reporting on Unit Economics, encouraging a culture of P&L ownership, and automating data and processesAssist in driving the company towards sustainable revenue growth and profitabilityAutomate processes and implement best practices across the Finance Business Partnering function Responsible for the monthly calculation and payout of sales commissionsReporting on monthly results and helping leaders to identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved Financial KPIs (LTV:CAC, S&M %, ARR/headcount, ARR growth, retention/churn etc)
Here is what you need in order to thrive in this role
Relevant finance experience in either Fintech or SaaS businesses is an advantageUndergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting; CPA/ CA/ ACCA/ CIMA or post-graduate degree in Finance/MBA is a plusHands-on experience in working with large data, financial modelling and analysis, as well as systems automation Experience leading and managing a teamExcellent communication skills (written, verbal) and partnership skillsExperienced in partnering with senior stakeholdersExperience succeeding in a dynamic, fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly entrepreneurial business environment
