Job Summary:

Glints is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and control system of our company, ensuring the effective implementation of internal control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
  4. Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including cash flow management, credit risk, and market risk.
  5. Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and management.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Language: Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Work Environment:

Fully onsite, day shift, Ortigas.
