Actualmente con el Programa de Compras de Compañía, este puesto adquiere una especial relevancia, puesto que tenemos unos objetivos de eficiencia muy retadores y esta posición es clave para llegar a conseguir estos objetivos.

Esta posición permite desarrollarse en la función de Compras en un equipo colaborativo y con la oportunidad de relacionarse con diferentes áreas de TI&D, conociendo tanto la función de compras como la función de las TIC ampliando conocimientos de ambos ámbitos (conocimientos de negociación, conocimientos contractuales y de funcionamiento de las TIC)

Adicionalmente, como la Compañía se encuentra inmersa en el Programa de Digitalización, y en concreto en el lanzamiento de su segunda ola digital, esta posición se beneficiará de la adquisición de un profundo conocimiento de las iniciativas, metodologías y tecnologías punteras en el sector, conocimientos sin duda esenciales para su desarrollo futuro.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

Asistir en la definición de la estrategia de compras colaborando en la elaboración del plan anual de adjudicaciones del área realizando junto al negocio el seguimiento del mismo.

Identificar proveedores potenciales y apoyar en los procesos de homologación.

Colaborar en la elaboración de los pliegos de condiciones para la compra de bienes y contratación de servicios.

Llevar a cabo los procesos de Licitación utilizando las herramientas corporativas y cumpliendo las normas vigentes en la compañía: selección de proveedores, recepción de ofertas técnicas y económicas, negociaciones, análisis económico y comparación de ofertas.

Llevar a cabo la negociación con proveedores para el establecimiento de los diferentes acuerdos y contratos.

Establecer las relaciones contractuales (contratos) con los proveedores adjudicatarios, en colaboración con las áreas de la Compañía involucradas en ello (SSJJ, Compliance, Seguros, Fiscal, etc)

Realizar, junto con los negocios, el seguimiento del cumplimiento de los contratos, la evolución del nivel de servicio y la resolución de incidencias.

Prestar asistencia técnica a otras áreas de Repsol en todos en aquellos aspectos propios de la actividad de compras

Colaborar en la elaboración de nuevas especificaciones y en la revisión de las existentes en base a evoluciones del mercado y experiencia de compra y participar en la evolución de proveedores

Efectuar la comparación de las ofertas de bienes y servicios realizando los análisis necesarios, así como estudios de sensibilidad de ofertas de proveedores.

Colaborar con otras áreas de compras de Repsol en todo el mundo para la correcta aplicación y gestión de los acuerdos globales de TI&D

Requisitos necesarios:

Titulación superior

Nivel de inglés requerido B2/C1 nivel medio/alto

Competencias y Habilidades :

Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas ofimáticas en general y herramientas de office incluyendo herramientas de colaboración

Conocimiento de SAP, módulo MM, y de SAP-ARIBA

Conocimiento de la función de compras y/o de la función de TI&D

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y de colaboración en iniciativas transversales

Empatía, capacidad de influencia para alcanzar los compromisos

Orientación a resultados
