We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our team in Madrid, a dynamic and proactive professional with experience in technology companies to lead and develop partnership strategies that drive growth and expansion of our business.

Responsibilities:

Identify strategic partnership opportunities and develop action plans for their implementation.Negotiate and close advantageous commercial agreements for both parties.Manage relationships with current partners, ensuring the delivery of results and mutual satisfaction.Analyze the market and trends to identify new partnership opportunities.Participation in events organised by our technology partnersCollaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure efficient execution of partnership projects.Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, proposing improvements and adjustments when necessary.

Requirements:

Fluent English and Spanish requiredProven experience in partnership management in technology companies.Knowledge of the digital market and sector trends.Negotiation skills and ability to close commercial agreements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Results-oriented and focus on delivering high-quality results.Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
