Desde LHH Executive seleccionamos para importante empresa multinacional del sector servicios, líder en su segmento, su Partnerships Manager Iberia, cuya misión será liderar el desarrollo de partnerships B2B2C en la región de Iberia, proporcionando información detallada sobre el portfolio de productos & servicios, diseñando el plan anual de visitas y garantizando la orientación de su actividad, en función de los objetivos de la empresa.

Principales Retos:

Establecer las metas de venta tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, en línea con la estrategia comercial de la empresa, a través de un exhaustivo análisis del mercado y competencia, así como como mediante la segmentación de clientes, productos y proyecciones en base a estudios de producto y clientes potenciales.Realizar un seguimiento constante de clientes y socios clave, a nivel nacional e internacional, con el objetivo de fortalecer las relaciones comerciales y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.Coordinar la participación en eventos, de cara a promocionar los servicios de la empresa y ejecutar campañas publicitarias.Desarrollar la formación de las agencias de viajes en diversas plataformas.Identificar y analizar las desviaciones de ventas, aplicando medidas correctivas para asegurar el logro de los objetivos.Elaborar y presentar propuestas de precios a Operadores, Brokers, Ota's, Ta's, Asociaciones y Hoteles, comunicando los cambios establecidos y sugiriendo tanto ajustes tarifarios como nuevos productos.Implementar procedimientos operativos que garanticen la eficacia y consistencia en las actividades comerciales.Requisitos:

Licenciatura en ADE, Economía o estudios afines. Muy valorable MBA.Al menos 10 años de experiencia liderando la estrategia de Partnerships Sales B2B2C – Brokers.Al menos 5 años de experiencia gestionando equipos de ventas.Experiencia en la negociación con plataformas turística y de operadores.Nivel avanzado de inglés (C1).Valorable portugués.Valorable el uso de Salesforce.Soft Skills:Visión estratégica y de negocio.Capacidad analítica.Orientación al cliente.Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.Liderazgo, Impacto e InfluenciaTrabajo en equipo.
