El/la candidato/a ideal tendrá un sólido conocimiento en la gestión de campañas pagadas en plataformas como Meta Ads, Facebook Ads y Google Ads, así como habilidades analíticas avanzadas. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia previa en agencias de marketing.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de medios pagados desde la concepción hasta el lanzamiento.
- Gestionar y supervisar las campañas en Meta Ads, Facebook Ads y Google Ads.
- Realizar investigaciones de palabras clave y segmentación de audiencia.
- Analizar el rendimiento de las campañas y proporcionar informes detallados a los stakeholders.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para alinear las estrategias de campaña con los objetivos generales de marketing.
- Mantenerse actualizado con las mejores prácticas de la industria y nuevas tecnologías.
- Gestionar el presupuesto de medios pagados y asegurar un ROI óptimo.
Requisitos:
- 2-4 años de experiencia realizando funciones similares.
- Conocimientos avanzados en Meta Ads, Facebook Ads y Google Ads.
- Habilidades analíticas y experiencia en el uso de herramientas de análisis.
- Experiencia previa en agencias de marketing (muy valorable).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
Condiciones:
- Teletrabajo en verano, navidad y semana santa.
- Horario: 9:00 a 18:00 (Convenio Agencia)
- Jornada intensiva viernes todo el año y en verano.
- Salario competitivo entre 26,000 € y 33,000 € anuales.
