About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team at iDeals. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and display advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and display advertising
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize ad spend and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and design, to develop targeted ad creative and messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners and internal teams
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in paid media and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, with ability to analyze and interpret large datasets
