The RoleWe are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to implement, manage, and optimize our paid acquisition efforts. This role will be based remotely in Spain or Ukraine. As the first specialist in this position, you will have the opportunity to shape our paid media strategy in partnership with the Director, Digital. Your impact on optimizing paid acquisition efforts will be instrumental in growing our global presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and optimize multiple campaigns across paid channels
- Analyze campaign performance to inform budget decisions and maximize cost efficiencies
- Design and implement AB Tests to analyze results and inform strategy
- Partner with design and creative teams to manage projects and build targeting strategies
- Review historical targeting and create optimization roadmaps for target audience pools
- Interpret and blend data sets to derive actionable insights for ad performance optimization
- Manage large-scale, high-budget complex/multi-region campaigns effectively
- 4+ years of experience in paid media
- Demonstrated track record in paid marketing for a B2B company
- Experience managing and optimizing ads for paid search and social
- Ability to design and conduct AB Tests
- Experience working with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
- Strong marketing analytics skills
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
- Advanced English (C1), both oral and written
- Experience working with Quora Ads, TikTok Ads, and X Ads
- Experience working with Automation Tools (e.g., Zapier)
- Experience working with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Google Analytics or Google Ads Certification
- Relevant industry and/or SaaS experience

The interview process includes a screening call, test, hiring manager interview, presentation interview, and competency-based interview.
