What is the Project?

Imagine being the ultimate technical go-to person for a rapidly growing, international e-commerce collective that dominates the world of premium, high-performance PCP airguns and elite outdoor gear. We aren't talking about basic mass-market items here. We deal with high-value, beautifully engineered mechanical equipment for ultra-passionate collectors, competitive shooters, and global hobbyists who know their gear down to the millimeter.

If your idea of support is copy-pasting generic answers from a basic manual, you’ll definitely want to skip this one But if you get a thrill out of untangling technical puzzles, talking precision mechanics, and understanding how intricate components fit together, this project is gold. You will be the crucial link in a highly technical, international direct-to-consumer ecosystem. Our clients expect smart, human, and deeply knowledgeable communication. By offering top-tier mechanical and product guidance, you help turn complex product setups and high-stakes global shipping into smooth, flawless victories for enthusiasts worldwide.

The Role & Its Responsibilities

We need a structured, mechanically minded problem-solver to own the product support journey across our entire multi-brand portfolio. Your day-to-day will be highly interactive, and you'll have clear targets to hit:

  • Master the Technical Helpdesk (Objective: Absolute Query Resolution): Run our HubSpot email and ticketing platform like a pro. You’ll decode complex product compatibility, guide buyers through technical schematics, and navigate post-sale warranty or mechanical troubleshooting steps with zero hiccups.
  • Proactive Community & Order Alignment (Objective: Reputation & Retention): Don't just wait for questions. Reach out to high-value buyers beforehand to clarify complex technical orders, track high-priority mechanical cases, and manage feedback loops on platforms like Trustpilot to protect our premium reputation.
  • Shape Our Future Voice Channel (Objective: Omnichannel Launch): Help us blueprint and deploy our upcoming inbound phone service. You’ll contribute directly to creating workflows, technical communication templates, and best practices for live call handling.
  • Bridge the Gap with the Workshop (Objective: Frictionless In-House Workflows): Team up daily with our mechanical Workshop gurus (the ones handling hands-on repairs and custom tuning specs) and the Logistics crew to get accurate, highly technical answers back to clients fast.

What You Should Bring

  • The Languages: Excellent, fluent command of English (both written and spoken) is essential—you'll be talking to a global community of experts every single day.
  • The Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and intensely detail-oriented. You appreciate precision just as much as our customers do.
  • The Toolkit: True comfort navigating digital platforms like HubSpot, Shopify, or similar e-commerce CRM setups.
