We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Chapter Lead to join our IT Management Team of Insurances
The responsibility of this team is to manage IT Team, ensure the IT strategy
Your key responsibilities:
As a IT Chapter Lead you will:
- Positively contribute to the Alignment and coordination with Business and Tech strategy execution.
- Coordinate the execution of priority Business and Technical initiatives, guaranteeing Business delivery and Tech standards compliance.
- Lead around 7 - 10 Software Engineers
- Lead craftmanship of the tribe.
- Co-create the “HOW” of the initiatives of the tribe, defining planification, IT Team organization, and challenge the architectural designs.
- Provide solutions for improving services reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Be aware of the best technologies that can improve our systems.
- Collaborate closely with other chapters leads within and outside the tribe.
- Identify synergies with other tribes.
- Collaborate with finances and external providers.
- Ensure the visibility of the team’s activities and smooth communication with all the different stakeholders.
- Ensure positive team experience and understand each IT member concerns and needs.
- Ensure the professional development of each Software Engineer.
- Manage end-to-end products development, ensuring seamless integration and delivery:
In your tribe along with the ITAL, you will:
- Execute CIO strategy
- Ensure a highly skilled and motivated team
- Ensure a safe, open, experimental, continuous learning, collaborative culture
- be responsible for the transformation agenda applicable to the assets of the products
- be responsible for keeping the alignment with group standards
- Ensure the required levels of service in all environments with the assets under scope

- Engineering’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Passion in IT
- Strong analytical skills
- People management experience of a minimum of 3 years.
- Communication skills
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to work autonomous way.
- Proactivity is a must; we are expecting a LEADER.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge in Agile methodologies and experience in SCRUM, at least 3 years.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing teams of software engineers.
- Knowledge of engineering practices, coding standard, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing …
- Solid understanding of software architecture, frontend and backend technologies, and distributed systems.
