Estamos buscando un night auditor para dar la bienvenida a nuestros huéspedes y gestionar la auditoria nocturna del hotel.
Actualmente estamos en proceso de rebranding para transformarnos en el nuevo Ibis Styles Barcelona Sant Joan Despí 4* en breve.


Descripción del empleo

- Check-in y check-out.
- Proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional respondiendo a sus peticiones con prontitud, eficacia y cortesía durante el registro, la salida y toda su estancia.
- Tener un amplio conocimiento del hotel, incluyendo tipos de habitaciones, características y servicios relacionados, tarifas, opciones gastronómicas, etc.
- Durante el turno de noche, será responsable de actividades como: ejecutar el proceso de auditoría nocturna, incluida la contabilización correcta de todos los ingresos del hotel del día, localizar y corregir discrepancias y la elaboración de un informe de auditoría nocturna completo.
- Velar por la seguridad del hotel.
- Anticiparse a las necesidades del día siguiente.
- Mantenimiento de los procedimientos relativos a las operaciones de crédito.
- Fidelizar al cliente.


Requisitos

Toma la iniciativa de agregar una experiencia personalizada.
Promueve con orgullo las instalaciones del hotel, buscando oportunidades para mejorar la estadía de un huésped a través de la venta.
