Als je Nederlands spreekt, een passie hebt voor het bieden van uitstekende klantenservice, goed functioneert in een dynamische werkomgeving en het echt leuk vindt om met mensen in contact te komen, dan is deze functie echt iets voor jou In deze functie word je een integraal onderdeel van het Nederlandstalige support-team voor een van onze klanten in de telecomindustrie. Deze functie biedt de mogelijkheid om te werken in Valencia, voor 32-39 uur per week.  

Stap binnen in een dynamisch team met een gevarieerd takenpakket.   

Taken: 

  • Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant en de organisatie. 
  • Je zal zowel telefonisch als per e-mail in contact staan met de klanten. 
  • Je zal in dienst van de klant oplossingsgericht te werk gaan om complexe vraagstukken op te lossen. 
  • Je verzorgt een correcte administratieve en technische afhandeling en opvolging van de binnenkomende vragen en verzoeken. 

Requirements

Wat vragen wij?  

  • Native-level beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (zowel gesproken als geschreven) en een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.  
  • Een professioneel werk- en denkniveau.  
  • Ervaring met klantenservice is een extra, maar geen must.  
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om vol vertrouwen met klanten te communiceren.  
  • Je bent een expert in het oplossen van problemen en staat klaar om vragen van klanten aan te pakken en problemen efficiënt op te lossen.  
  • Multitasking en oog voor detail is jouw ding, vooral in een dynamische omgeving. 
  • Je kunt goed overweg met computersystemen en verschillende softwaretoepassingen.  
  • Je hebt de mogelijkheid om flexibele diensten te werken, inclusief avonden, weekends en feestdagen indien nodig.
