Unidad de negocio

Serás el/la Key User de la Filial España, reportando al Director de Oficina Técnica. El puesto de trabajo estará ubicado en Cabanillas.


Funciones

Como Key User deberás garantizar el buen uso y el conocimiento de la herramienta (WMS) de gestión de los almacenes para todos los empleados de los diferentes almacenes y Shopify. Además, garantizar la atención y formación de los clientes en su entorno privado de gestión del sistema (portal de clientes).


Funciones principales

 

Gestión operacional y de equipos:

  • Realizar tareas de validación de funcionalidades PBIs asignados por el equipo de QA.
  • Dar feedback a QA sobre el resultado de las pruebas.
  • Realizar y liderar UATs con clientes y operaciones, apoyados por QA.
  • Resolver dudas a los Team Leaders, Área Manager y Site Manager
  • Soporte a Cliente en su relación con el Portal de Clientes
  • Dar apoyo y formación del WMS en los arranques de clientes.
  • Dar Feedback sobre el WMS y proponer mejoras operacionales.
  • Auditar que los procesos ejecutados por los operarios corresponden a los más eficientes (WMS)

 

Planificación del trabajo:

  • Planificar las UATS de los nuevos clientes
  • Organizar las auditorias funcionales del WMS de los clientes activos
  • Planificar las validaciones de PBI


Requisitos:

Requisitos del puesto:

Formación:

  • Grado o cursando carrera en informática, ADE o similar. O en su defecto, experiencia que acredite el dominio de las funciones.

Otros:

  • Inglés.
  • Dominio del paquete office (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams).
  • Dominio de WMS de gestión. Valorable en Logiscore.
  • Dominio de Shopify
  • Valorable el dominio de programas de BI para análisis de datos.
  • Conocimientos de logística
  • Disponibilidad para viajar. Movilidad geográfica. 

  

Experiencia: Es necesario aportar una experiencia previa de 3 años en puestos similares en el área logística, retail, gran distribución, automoción o fabricación.

  

Horario: de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 17:30h con una hora para comer.
