**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a member of the Strategy & Financial Team you will analyse and control the financial and non-financial performance of the division.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Budget and strategic planning preparation
- Responsible of monthly closing processes
- Carrying out reporting to the management
- Supporting the monthly analysis and reporting processes as well as for coordinating the reporting with countries of the key metrics in Santander Universities
- Also, ad-hoc requests or complex issues, preparing presentations and recommendations for management decisions
- Supporting the implementation of strategic projects regarding metrics
- Supporting the definition, implementation, and further development of universities-specific metrics
- Identifying and mitigating risks as well as implementing improvements in potential areas detected
- With focus in automatising and digitalising tasks and processes to impact with human value added

EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of professional experience in in the financial services sector or consultancy, with focus in data management. Experience in audit big four is a plus.

EDUCATION
- Successfully completed business studies with a focus on quantitative finance, Engineer, Physics.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong analytical skills and data-oriented thinking
- High team orientation and strong communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point) and experience in working with databases
- SQL knowledge is a must, PowerBI is a desired
- High level of English
