**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **Senior Corporate Credit Risk Analyst **, tu objetivo será la coordinación de equipos en las unidades locales para el análisis, la elaboración, admisión y presentación a Foros de decisión de Riesgo para las Propuestas y Ratings de los sectores globales de Banca Mayorista bajo su tutela. Elaboración de informes sectoriales y liderar los proyectos transversales del Área, tanto nuevas herramientas, definición de políticas, modelos de consistencia y procedimientos, como requerimientos de reguladores y auditoria.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Buena capacitación técnica en análisis económico financiero para definir el apetito de riesgo de cada cliente/sector, optimizando además el retorno al Banco del capital asignado.
- Capacidad de anticipación para detectar el deterioro de la calidad crediticia del cliente o Sector. Conocimiento de los productos, clientes y sectores bajo su responsabilidad, que deberá transmitir a los países y en las presentaciones a los Foros de decisión.
- Preparación y coordinación de informes sectoriales y definición del apetito desde las Preclasificaciones.
- Capacidad de liderazgo e interacción personal con las unidades locales, a quienes dará soporte y hará challenge para la gestión diaria (Ratings, Propuestas...) y la transmisión de las políticas y procedimientos del Grupo.
- Participar y liderar proyectos claves tanto internos del área (governance, marcos, políticas, etc.) como regulatorios relacionados con la consistencia y mantenimiento del modelo de rating de low default de banca. mayorista. Experiência para presentaciones a la alta dirección del Banco y capacidades de interacción con clientes y reguladores además de comités internos del Grupo

EXPERIENCIA
- Experiência previa en Riesgos de al menos 5 años en puesto similar.

EDUCACIÓN
- Licenciado en Ciencias Económicas o Empresariales o equivalente.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Nível de inglés alto tanto escrito como hablado.
- Análisis técnico económico financiero Liderazgo y capacidades interpersonales.
- Presentaciones a foros de decisión.
- Conocimiento de Productos Financieros, sistemas, herramientas internas y procedimientos.
