**SCIB **is looking for a Country Lead Digital Workplace, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Country Lead Digital Workplace **you will be managing the relationship with DWP/EUT teams across the Santander Group developing relationships and synergies across the End User platform. The role is centred on end user services and the need and desire to continually improve where, how and when Santander staff can access and use the workplace services, they need to do their job. You will draw on your experience of leading, transforming and delivering digital workplace services. You will be a trusted advisor to senior colleagues and customers, helping them make informed strategic choices in how they deliver their programmes, working very closely with the delivery and production areas.

Responsibilities include:

- Be the single point of contact for all the countries. Manage the monthly operational forum, including the agenda and building informative content
- Attend regular service meetings with the service managers on behalf of the products
- Gain the relevant updates from the Production teams on new and existing services across the product ready for sharing with the counties
- Share knowledge and look for synergies across countries
- Build relationships and share technology solutions and ideas
- Manage a full view of each country’s key workbook items and requirements of the DWP product. Feed this back to help design the roadmap
- Chair the global DWP operational forum and monthly country 1 to 1s
- Manage the customer metrics and product data
- Build a close working relationship across all parts for the DWP Product
- Understand the services our customers provide to their users, and what services they need the Digital Workplace product to deliver a great user experience for their employees

**EXPERIENCE**
- +5 years experience in an IT delivery function working with senior stakeholders across the business
- Good working knowledge of all DWP services

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- Experience of working with customers to designing high quality Digital Workplace services with experience of continuous product development/improvement in an agile environment.
- Financially and commercially astute with a desire for delivering value for money and experienced in working with third party providers.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines
