**SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES está buscando un/a **IT AUTOMATION ENGINEER **para nuestras oficinas en Boadilla del Monte (Madrid).**

**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **IT **Automation Engineer **, tu objetivo será apoyar a múltiples equipos de productos y áreas de Plataforma, trabajando en una cultura DevOps, utilizando las últimas tecnologías y herramientas como parte de nuestro programa de transformación digital. Serás clave de la plataforma: los equipos de entrega de TI serán responsables de crear un proceso automatizado para garantizar que reducimos con éxito los procesos manuales. También brindarás orientación a la función de ingeniería de automatización a los equipos técnicos de Santander, asegurando que se cumplan las mejores prácticas para lograr una entrega continua y creando la infraestructura como elemento de código.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Diseñar y gestionar nuevos proyectos de automatización de procesos desde el concepto hasta la puesta en marcha y validación.
- Diseñar y administrar procesos medianos a grandes para cumplir con la automatización.
- Supervisión de instalaciones, resolución de problemas, mantenimiento, puesta en marcha y pruebas de aceptación en todo el proceso del ciclo de vida de la automatización.
- Brindar asistencia técnica moderada a avanzada a los grupos técnicos de la plataforma a través de investigaciones, evaluaciones del sistemas de control y soporte de diseño.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los grupos técnicos de la plataforma como miembro del equipo multifuncional para cumplir con los objetivos del proyecto de automatización.

EXPERIENCIA
- 2+ años de experiência trabajando en diferentes tareas.
- Desarrollo de automatización (Ansible, Python).
- Tests de automatización (Ansible, Selenium).
- Gestión de incidencias de infraestructura en arquitectura web de varios níveles.

EDUCACIÓN
- Ingeniería informática u otra carrera técnica.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Diseño de procesos automatizados usando Ansible, Python, Shell script y PowerShell.
- Habilidades técnicas de nível experto en toda la pila de operaciones de TI (hardware, redes, middleware, base de datos y aplicaciones).
- Tecnologías en la nube (experiência con AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware).
- Cocimientos en Administración BBDD (PostgreSQL, MySql), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
- Tecnologías de contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Metodologías ágiles.
- Conocimientos en Linux/Windows.
- Alto nível de inglés y español.
