**Santander Consumer Global Services está buscando **un/a **Telephony Engineer para nuestras oficinas en Madrid.**

**Santander Consumer Finance **Global Services **provee servicios y soluciones tecnológicas y de procesos al negocio de financiación al consumo del Grupo Santander (Santander Consumer Finance) cubriendo el end to end de la tecnología, desde el diseño de la arquitectura, gestión de la infraestructura, desarrollo e integración de aplicaciones propias y de terceros mantenimiento y soporte tecnológico y gestión de proyectos. Adicionalmente, proveemos servicios de consultoría de negocio, metodología y soporte funcional.

**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **Telephony Engineer **, podrás ayudarnos en distintos ámbitos.
- Uso de soluciones de Avaya (administrador de comunicaciones, controlador de borde de sesión, WFO, etc.)
- Diseño y soporte a la infraestructura de VoIP y su software asociado
- Supervisión, identificación y solución de los problemas de capacidad y rendimiento del tráfico relacionado con VoIP para garantizar el funcionamiento continuo e ininterrumpido de los sistemas de telefonía.
- Planificación de capacidad de voz y diseño de red de voz
- Uso del conocimiento del centro de llamadas (enrutamiento de llamadas, vectores, IVR, operadora automática, estadísticas de llamadas)
- Creación y mantenimiento de documentación detallada de redes y sistemas de todas las redes corporativas
- Interacción con clientes internos, IT y proveedores/contratistas.
- Atención a las solicitudes de servicio interno, solicitudes de cambio, incidentes

EXPERIENCIA
- Experiência comprobada en sistemas de Telefonía
- Experiência con los sistemas Linux, CISO y Avaya

EDUCACIÓN
- Título universitario en Ingeniería de sistemas o telecomunicaciones, o grados afines.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Certificados de competencia de Avaya
- Alta flexibilidad y capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a nuevas situaciones
- Alta motivación y autoorganización
- Inglés fluido obligatorio, alemán avanzado o español.
