**SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES está buscando un/a IT Platform Engineer para nuestras oficinas en Boadilla del Monte.**

**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **IT Platform Engineer **tu objetivo será coordinar y liderar iniciativas estratégicas de cara al grupo, al área IT Delivery o al área de Platform, implementar un ciclo de mejora continua, buenas prácticas, estándares, normativas de uso interno que se establecen a nível global para saber cómo se configuran los activos desde el punto de vista de capacidad e intentar que todas las iniciativas estratégicas cumplan con las normativas de seguridad y de calidad que hay dentro del grupo.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Diagnosticar problemas, ineficiencias y debilidades del sistema de TI.
- Entender las necesidades de negocio de un cliente.
- Implementar una solución tecnológica para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio.
- Analizar y determinar las amenazas a la seguridad.
- Brindar asesoramiento sobre las mejores prácticas tecnológicas.
- Líder de infraestructura de TI de planificación de capacidad.
- Colaborar con los diferentes departamentos de TI para asegurar la familiaridad con la tecnología.
- Realización de informes detallados sobre la eficacia de la tecnología.

EXPERIENCIA
- 3-5 años de experiência en un puesto similar.

EDUCACIÓN
- Ingeniería informática o titulado técnico FP2.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Conocimiento técnico de los productos y sistemas de TI más comunes.
- Experiência en administración en entornos de producción, sistemas operativos Linux, Windows y BBDD como Oracle, SQL, DB2.
- Estar acostumbrado a las formas ágiles de trabajar.
- Experiência en definición de soluciones de Arquitectura Bancaria.
- Gestión de reuniones amplias.
- Reporting, Alto nível en presentación PPT.
- Alto conocimiento de escenarios de Alta disponibilidad.
- Revisar Capacidad KPIS. Analizar e identificar riesgos de capacidad.
- Conocimiento de la arquitectura del entorno local, OHE y de nube pública.
- Nível medio /fluido de inglés hablado y escrito.
