**Gluón es nuestra Plataforma Técnica de Desarrollo global. **Esta iniciativa estratégica del Grupo tiene como objetivo integrar las capacidades de construcción de soluciones de IT en una plataforma tecnológica de vanguardia, que permitirá al Santander tener un stack tecnológico homogéneo y un alto nível de automatización que mejorará la productividad y calidad del software, y que facilitará la reutilización disponibilizando catálogos de activos de software globales y repositorios de código. Y todo esto mientras maximizamos la experiência de nuestros desarrolladores. El equipo de Gluón está formado por más de 20 squads, distribuidos en un Hub en España y otro en Brasil, que incorporan personas de las diferentes entidades del Grupo, tanto de Europa como de Latam.

Como **Platform Observability Lead **tus principales responsabilidades serán definir, desarrollar y proporcionar el soporte a la implantación la plataforma de Observabilidad E2E del grupo sobre nuestra plataforma técnica de desarrollo, Gluón, así como implantar el gobierno de la Observabilidad, tanto en la plataforma como en las unidades del grupo.

Hoy en día, los entornos de producción son cada vez más complejos y la necesidad de generar información a nível funcional y de negocio cada vez más exigente. Las aplicaciones no sólo están cada vez más atomizadas, sino también más distribuidas. Además, la trazabilidad e2e de las operaciones, y la visión funcional de los datos es todavía un reto. Por eso, la **Observabilidad E2E **es tan importante, ya que proporciona un mayor control, tanto funcional como técnico, sobre estos sistemas complejos.

Debes aportar un conocimiento tecnológico demostrado en la transformación para llevar a máximos la experiência de los clientes.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Desarrollar e impulsar la aplicación de la estrategia general de arquitectura de Observabilidad E2E del Grupo, garantizando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos más amplios de la organización.
- Identificar y evaluar las mejores prácticas de observabilidad emergentes, tecnologías y tendencias del mercado, que puedan aprovecharse para mejorar la trazabilidad E2E de todas las operaciones a través de los diferentes canales.
- Comprender y contribuir a la definición de la visión del producto, la estrategia del producto y las iniciativas prioritarias.
- Dirigir el proceso de diseño de la arquitectura de principio a fin, desde la ideación y la conceptualización, pasando por el desarrollo, hasta la implantación y el despliegue, garantizando una integración perfecta con los sistemas y procesos existentes.
- Liderar el desarrollo de la plataforma de Observabilidad. Ser propietario del backlog de desarrollo para el área de producto asegurando entregables incrementales que puedan ir dando un valor a nuestros clientes.
- Proporcionar el soporte necesario a las diferentes entidades para la implementación de la plataforma dentro de su ámbito local.
- Liderar la definición e implantación del gobierno de Observabilidad en el grupo y en las unidades.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con las principales partes interesadas para garantizar la aceptación y el apoyo al nuevo modelo de Observabilidad.
- Colaborar con el resto de equipos de las otras plataformas (ingenieros, probadores, diseñadores, etc.) para obtener entregables de valor que cumplan los estándares de calidad internos y alineados entre plataformas.
