**SCIB is looking for a CRM LEAD for our Salesforce Team, based in our Santander office in BOADILLA DEL MONTE (Madrid).**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As the **Lead of CRM **you will play a key role making effective the link between the functional business owners and the technology team. You will lead the whole function form the IT side of the team leading the technical squads to deliver value to our stake holders.

The role has a 20% technical component and an 80% functional and management aspect.
- Leads the strategy of the Salesforce implementation and the roadmap of functionalities to integrate with other functional systems.
- It has a clear vision of how the user experience should be and how we will give more opportunities to grow in the value for the global platform.
- Support the development squad teams to rebalance effort between user story development and defect/ticket resolution, on a daily basis.
- Facilitate critical dependencies management within the IT product and across products.
- Continuously update the delivery team in case of business changes, in coordination with Business Product Owners and other peer Technical Product Owners and Technical Managers.
- Analyze and report delivery, progress, risks and new opportunities.
- Ensure that the technical debt is properly managed, with the support of the Technical Lead.
- Help the Product Owner to engage with the global strategy of client channels for SCIB and generate value from the Client perspective.
- Act as a business opportunities hunter for create value for our clients, more specific for Banking and Markets businesses.

**EXPERIENCE**
- 10+ years of experience in senior consulting roles with direct exposure to IT projects agenda in the technology area.
- Strong functional knowledge in CIB
- Proven experience managing teams internal/external and managing with third parties.

**EDUCATION**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar.
- MBA /Finance Master would be welcome.

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in multicultural environments.
- Strong organizational skills and good experience in planning and leading technical initiatives.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with different stakeholders across the world.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems.
- Very valuable if you have specific knowledge about the Markets CIB ecosystem.
