About the job

PIC dental is seeking a dedicated and professional dental technician to join our team. This role requires professional behavior, clear and objective communication, and exceptional client-handling skills even in stressful situations.

The candidate provides technical and application support, primarily on the phone, to system users and technicians. Offering guidance and support to customers seeking assistance with product installation, operation, troubleshooting, and repair is paramount. Addressing client queries regarding system functionality and identifying hardware, software, and operational issues are key responsibilities.

- Should be able to:

recommend and implement corrective measures to resolve issues.

provide updates, status, and completion information to the team, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication.  Recording all pertinent information received on product problems and complaints on the implemented platforms.

-provide instruction and training to customers and distributors, when necessary

Limited travel may be required.

Requirements

English speaker

2-3 years of experience using CAD CAM tools such as CAD software and 3D printers

In-depth knowledge of implants, implant components, and implant libraries

Proficiency in the field of informatics is essential.

Knowledge of using tools such as team viewer and hubspot, teams

Basic level of computer programming

Ability to be proactive in high-stress situations.

Up-to-date with the latest technologies in clinics and laboratories

Benefits

Salary: 25.000,00€ /year

Full-time

Indefinite contract

Hours Monday to Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Vacations: 22 business days or 30 calendar days.
