About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and professional dental technician to join our team. This role requires a high level of professionalism, clear communication, and exceptional client-handling skills, even in stressful situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and application support to system users and technicians, primarily via phone.
  • Offer guidance and support to customers seeking assistance with product installation, operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Address client queries regarding system functionality and identify hardware, software, and operational issues.
  • Recommend and implement corrective measures to resolve issues.
  • Provide updates, status, and completion information to the team, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication.
  • Record all pertinent information received on product problems and complaints on the implemented platforms.
  • Provide instruction and training to customers and distributors, when necessary.
Requirements
  • English speaker.
  • 2-3 years of experience using CAD CAM tools such as CAD software and 3D printers.
  • In-depth knowledge of implants, implant components, and implant libraries.
  • Proficiency in the field of informatics is essential.
  • Knowledge of using tools such as TeamViewer and HubSpot, Teams.
  • Basic level of computer programming.
  • Ability to be proactive in high-stress situations.
  • Up-to-date with the latest technologies in clinics and laboratories.
Benefits
  • Salary: 25,000.00€/year.
  • Full-time.
  • Indefinite contract.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Vacations: 22 business days or 30 calendar days.
