About the Job

PIC dental is seeking a dedicated and professional Clinical and Technical Trainer to join our global team. This role involves providing on-site worldwide training, requiring a professional demeanor, clear and objective communication, and exceptional client-handling skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for educating our clients' clinical teams, demonstrating our highly efficient, precise, and fully digital process for full arch cases. This role requires consistent travel to deliver our PIC pro training on-site and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies in clinics and laboratories, including intraoral scanners, 3D printers, dental CAD software, and milling machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on-site training to clients' clinical teams
  • Demonstrate our digital process for full arch cases
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies in clinics and laboratories
  • Travel consistently to deliver training on-site
Requirements
  • Native or full professional proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills, high energy, and adept at customer interaction
  • 2-3 years of experience with CAD software such as Exocad, 3shape
  • 2-3 years of experience with clinic and laboratory technologies such as intraoral scanners, facial scanners, printers, and milling machines
  • In-depth knowledge of implants, implant components, and surgical techniques
  • Ability to be proactive in high-stress situations
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work well across various departments
