Requisitos:

Responsabilidades:


- Maximizar la facturación y el rendimiento de las cuentas de clientes.

- Gestionar y optimizar las cuentas de vendedores en Amazon, asegurando una presentación óptima de los productos, la visibilidad y la rentabilidad.

- Llevar a cabo la optimización continua de los listados de productos para mejorar los rankings de búsqueda y las conversiones.

- Manejar eficazmente la comunicación con la parca y resolver problemas de manera proactiva las incidencias de la operativa diaria.

- Manejar eficazmente los casos de servicio al cliente y resolver problemas de manera proactiva para garantizar una experiencia positiva para el cliente.

- Coordinar y ejecutar estrategias de FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) para maximizar la eficiencia operativa y la satisfacción del cliente.

- Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas publicitarias en Amazon utilizando Sponsored Products y Sponsored Brands para aumentar la visibilidad y las ventas.

- Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias y cambios en las políticas de Amazon y adaptar las estrategias en consecuencia.


Requisitos:


- 2-3 años de experiencia demostrable en la gestión de cuentas de vendedores en Amazon.

- Conocimiento profundo de las plataformas de Amazon, incluyendo Seller y Vendor Central.

- Experiencia en la optimización de listados de productos para mejorar los rankings de búsqueda y las conversiones.

- Habilidad para gestionar eficazmente casos de servicio al cliente y resolver problemas de manera proactiva.

- Experiencia en la gestión de estrategias de FBA para maximizar la eficiencia operativa.

- Experiencia en la planificación, ejecución y optimización de campañas publicitarias utilizando SP (Sponsored Products) y SB (Sponsored Brands).

- Conocimiento práctico de herramientas como Helium 10 para la investigación de palabras clave, análisis de competencia y optimización de listados.
