Oracle’s EMEA Applications Marketing team is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Marketing Manager to plan, enable and activate our go-to market activities via an extensive network of Channel & Alliance Partners. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact within a high-growth organisation, by establishing a unified strategy and framework to deliver impactful marketing activities to, with, and through our Partners.

Responsibilities:

Act as centre of excellence/PMO for strategic partner marketing initiatives across EMEA Apps. Act as main interface and advisory between Alliances & Channel Sales teams and Partners for marketing related activities. Provide marketing expertise and consultancy to partners to enable them to structure effective campaigns. Having a deep understanding of the marketing techniques and channels/media, in all sorts of forms (digital, social, events, and where they fit within the customer journey. Deliver co-marketing support to Tier 1 Partners (design, build, launch campaigns). Adapt and package global content and sales play campaign content for partners (campaign in a box). Understand regional Target Addressable Markets to propose impactful partner activities to drive incremental pipeline. Work with Partner Account Managers to identify key opportunities to generate market awareness and drive opportunities through the channel. Report, monitor and optimize performance of Partner led activities. Enable A&C and Partners. Strategically align partner MDF spend to agreed sales priorities. Determine the effectiveness of partner activities in terms of return on investment, most successful partners, activity types, business areas and geographies to be shared internally and externally.

Qualifications 

Strong business acumen, analytical competency and influencing skills. Being able to influence marketing strategy confidently at all levels within the Partners. Marketing qualifications (preferable) Minimum 8 years’ experience in the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns within a B2B organisation. Software and technology experience is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Business-level English is a must and a second European language advantageous. Attention to detail, follow-through and deadline compliance.  Strong project and stakeholder management skills. Experience of working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures

Manage advertising / public relations and communication activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control; as defined and communicated by higher management. Provide subordinates with best practice solutions: this will include coaching and development of team members, to meet business goals. Disseminate key corporate information to the geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Liaise with managing directors to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Direct marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the geography. Ensure consistency between global directions and single-geography implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a geographical basis as needed. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance management: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Implement organizational changes in line with changing business & market needs.
