MSX IBERIA actualmente esta buscando un/a Technical Trainer (Automoción) , para unirse a nuestro equipo en Madrid.

 

El objetivo principal: Desarrollar e impartir formación presencial y online de plan de carrera y novedades técnicas, asegurando los requerimientos de las marcas y las necesidades de la red.

Las funciones que realizarás en tu día a día son las siguientes: 

 

· Desarrollar e impartir cursos de plan de carrera y novedades técnicas.

· Detectar nuevas necesidades de formación para la red.

· Elaborar informes de calidad y realizar planes de acción para mejorar los índices de calidad.

· Asegurar el mantenimiento y actualización de la documentación en LMS y SharePoint

· Colaborar en los programas de motivación de la marca.

· Seguimiento de la check list de aulas y ejecución de los planes de acción propuestos.

 

Te buscamos a ti si: 

 

· Grado en Ingeniería o Grado Superior en Automoción.
· Máster en Profesorado, Formación Pedagógica.
· Experiencia como técnico en taller de automoción.
· Conocimientos expertos, capacidad de diagnóstico y pasión por la tecnología del automóvil (electricidad, mecánica, gestión, infotainment, etc.).
· Experiencia en la creación y desarrollo de contenidos didácticos y conceptualizaciones pedagógicas.
· Experiencia en la impartición de cursos técnicos dentro de marcas del sector automotriz.
· Habilidades para trabajar en equipo, proactividad, creatividad, autonomía y responsabilidad.
· Buen dominio del idioma inglés y el portugues 
· Nivel avanzado en el uso de herramientas de Office.
