**A Snapshot of Your Day**
As a Customer Trainer for new build power plants, you will provide project specific familiarization trainings for Siemens Energy gas turbines and/or steam turbines to operators worldwide. Within this training, the customer operators receive theoretical and operational knowledge of their turbines, the involved systems, and components.
Before the training, you will compile the project specific training manual by going through engineering product and operational data.
The training itself will take 4-5 days and is generally being performed at the project site or at the customers premises. The training integrates a combination of classroom instruction and associated system walk-downs, in line with the erection and commissioning progress of the power plant.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Compilation and editing of the gas turbine and / or steam turbine training manual for the assigned project, based upon P&IDs, system description, T3000 Software, engineering documents.
- Cooperation with other trainers, training centers and project managers to clarify and fine-tune training schedules as well as project specific training contents.
- Clarify interfaces with engineering to obtain necessary documents for training manual compilation.
- On site performance of the GT and/or ST- training. Collect attendance sheets and feedback questionaries. Provide training report afterwards.
- Cooperation with internal team members, guidance and coordination of external partners and sub-contractors, interacting with customer.
**What You Bring**
- Degree in Engineering (BSc or MSc) or similar, preferably with focus on power engineering, or professional experience gained through several years of work in a similar field.
- Several years (3 or more) of experience in commissioning of turbines.
- Preferably, but not mandatory, knowledge on Siemens Energy Turbines.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Self-confident and eloquent appearance in front of audiences.
- Self-sufficient, independent, quality-oriented personality.
- Team player mindset, excellent adaptability.
- Intercultural experience.
- Driving license
