Job Description

We are searching for a new Senior Application Support Analyst to join our global Business Systems team, with extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors. 

In this role your will provide tier 2/3 Support global SAP-SuccessFactors application by resolving production support tickets, addressing logged issues, managing users and coordinating escalations as necessary

Key Responsibilities;

Identify opportunities for application enhancement to improve efficiency and resilienceCreate and manage all aspects of users’ application security; profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules in SuccessFactorsPrepare and execute manual data migrations as requestedConfigure system settings, workflows, and processes to meet specific business requirements.Update and document knowledge base articles and system process flows as requiredCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between SuccessFactors modules and other HR systemsProactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SuccessFactors environmentStay informed about system updates and industry best practices to enhance system capabilitiesContribute to the bi-annual SuccessFactors release management processCreate and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide key HR metrics and analytics , including Table, Canvas, and Story reporting within SuccessFactors.Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insightsSupport the broader production team by triaging issues for other business applications such as Saleforce, NetSuite, Varicent, ZenDesk, Totango, SmartRecruiters and moreWork closely and effectively with business stakeholders, development team and other run-team members to ensure application performance and end-user satisfactionOccasional after-hours support may be required due to high volumes of tickets

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of SAP-SuccessFactors Administrator credentialsStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with ITIL/ITSM processes, SDLC best practices, ticketing systems including Freshworks, and JiraExperience with data tools like Data Loader and Demand Tools is preferredPrior experience with business additional applications: Salesforce, NetSuite, Varicent, Totango, Zendesk, SmartRecruiters, and Boomi is a plusExcellent ability to work across the organization with users at various levels of application proficiencyPassion to work within a fast paced, high energy, high tech environmentMust have very good written and verbal communication skillMust be self-motivated and pro-activeComfortable working on a variety of simple to complex projectsComfortable working with Large organization with global footprint would be a plus.Prior experience with Agile methodologyBachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or Information Systems preferred
