Job Title: Senior Application Support Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Analyst to join our global Business Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing tier 2/3 support for our SAP SuccessFactors application, resolving production support tickets, and addressing logged issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for application enhancement to improve efficiency and resilience
  • Create and manage user application security, including profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules in SuccessFactors
  • Prepare and execute manual data migrations as requested
  • Configure system settings, workflows, and processes to meet specific business requirements
  • Update and document knowledge base articles and system process flows as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between SuccessFactors modules and other HR systems
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SuccessFactors environment
  • Stay informed about system updates and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities
  • Contribute to the bi-annual SuccessFactors release management process
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide key HR metrics and analytics
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Support the broader production team by triaging issues for other business applications
  • Work closely and effectively with business stakeholders, development team, and other run-team members to ensure application performance and end-user satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP-SuccessFactors Administrator credentials
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes, SDLC best practices, ticketing systems, and data tools
  • Prior experience with business applications, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Varicent, Totango, Zendesk, SmartRecruiters, and Boomi
  • Excellent ability to work across the organization with users at various levels of application proficiency
  • Passion to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, high-tech environment
  • Must have very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive
  • Comfortable working on a variety of simple to complex projects
  • Comfortable working with a large organization with a global footprint
  • Prior experience with Agile methodology
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems preferred
