OBJETIVOS DEL PUESTO
Como Customer Experience & Quality Specialist, desempeñarás un papel crucial para garantizar el éxito y la satisfacción de nuestros sellers en nuestro Marketplace. Serás responsable de proporcionar un apoyo excepcional a los sellers, revisar los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) y mejorar la experiencia general del cliente.
RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
- Responder rápidamente a las consultas de los sellers por correo, proporcionando información clara y concisa.
- Ayudar a los sellers a resolver problemas relacionados con la cuenta, problemas de pago y otras consultas relacionadas con la plataforma.
- Evaluar periódicamente los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) de los sellers, como LTS, tasa de aceptación, métricas de cumplimiento de pedidos, etc.
- Intercambio regular con Partner Managers para establecer planes de acción.
- Colaborar con los sellers para mejorar la experiencia general del cliente, garantizando la tramitación puntual de los pedidos, una información precisa sobre los productos y una comunicación eficaz.
- Investigar y resolver las quejas de los clientes, trabajando con los sellers para aplicar medidas correctivas.
- Aplicar estrategias para aumentar la satisfacción y fidelidad de los clientes en la plataforma.
- Impartir sesiones de formación a los sellers sobre las herramientas, funciones y políticas de la plataforma.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionalesy aplicar mejoras.
- Aportar ideas sobre nuevas funciones o herramientas que puedan mejorar la experiencia del vendedor en la plataforma.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de atención al cliente para alinear los esfuerzos de atención al seller y al cliente.
Tu perfil
Licenciatura en administración de empresas o campos relacionados 3+ años de experiencia en un papel de apoyo al cliente, preferiblemente en un entorno de comercio electrónico o mercado. Capacidad para gestionar un gran volumen de consultas de vendedores con eficacia y precisión. Familiaridad con las políticas, directrices y procedimientos para vendedores de la plataforma. Gran capacidad de organización y atención al detalle. Actitud proactiva con capacidad para anticipar y abordar posibles problemas de los sellers. Experiencia de trabajo con herramientas CRM y otros programas informáticos de atención al cliente. Capacidad para priorizar tareas y gestionar el tiempo de forma eficaz en un entorno de ritmo rápido. Mentalidad colaborativa con voluntad de compartir conocimientos y contribuir al éxito del equipo. Conocimientos multilingües (inglés y español) para prestar asistencia a sellers de diversas regiones.
