To reinforce our IT team we are looking for a IT&Data Sub-Cluster Manager.
Mission and Key Tasks
As part of the Ontex Global IT&Data Team, the IT&Data Sub-Cluster Manager is responsible to lead a team, group or number of individual IT&Data resources with a clear focus on upholding the highest standard of support, service & security. We are looking for experience manager with responsibility for 4 location; Poland, Czech, Germany and Ukraine.
Required to think with the other Ontex departments/leadership and determine the IT&Data strategy for the area of responsibilities assigned by the Cluster Manager.
Required to implement the best possible Technology & Data solutions in strong collaboration with other IT&Data teams (Group IT, Digital Factory and Cluster IT). You are expected to deliver added value to your Ontex stakeholders and support the organizations profitable growth. You strengthen the position of IT&Data organization regionally, respecting the boundaries of the IT&Data policies and procedures.
Additionally, as the IT&Data leader responsible for the sites in your scope, you have a shared responsibility to shape, communicate and implement the regional Ontex strategy. Further, as the IT&Data Sub-Cluster Manager you are a business partner for the plant managers and general managers within your scope and in collaboration with the Cluster Manager, provide counsel on IT&Data (technology) solutions.
Background and Experience
Min. 5 years’ experience within a similar IT management function.. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience. Good communication skills in English is a must have and one other language spoken in the region of responsibility is a plus. Proven (people) management skills. Responsible, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Team working and collaboration attitude Result-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong customer service orientation (“Customer comes first” mindset). ITIL Foundation v3/v4 certified is a plus. Experience with Agile/SCRUM working methodologies is a plus.
