The objective of the Enterprise Strategy Team is to partner with our businesses to develop strategies to capitalise on opportunities to create value across the Group. As part of the Enterprise Strategy Team the individual will be engaged in cross-functional, enterprise-wide Strategic Projects and Transformational Programs taking on management responsibilities.
Specifically, the role will include all phases of Project Management from Planning – scoping, resourcing, target definition, task description and assignment –, Execution – task completing, troubleshooting, decision making, milestones achieving -, and Delivery – communication, training, engagement with stakeholders for implementation.
The individual will also be engaged in wider Transformational Program Management taking on the responsibility for overseeing multiple workstreams to ensure efficiency and optimal outputs considering interdependences and synergies.

Very strong strategic thinking, able to understand the secondary and long-term implications of decisions and formulate a vision around the recommended course of action. Very strong financial acumen and solid analytical skills. The candidate should be able to build and oversee the development of complex financial and business models. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate, work through others, generate trust and drive accountability Strong verbal and written communication in English. The candidate should be able to write synthetic, clear memos and PowerPoint presentations for sharing with senior leadership teams. Previous experience in managing teams.
