**The Enterprise Strategy Team**

The Enterprise Strategy Team partners with our businesses to develop strategies to capitalise on opportunities to create value across the Group. As part of this team, you will be engaged in cross-functional, enterprise-wide Strategic Projects and Transformational Programs taking on management responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Understand the evolving external context and derive implications for CRH strategy and execution.

• Understand CRH strategy execution progress and results and derive implications for CRH strategic direction and projects.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives.

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives.

• Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment and efficient execution of strategic projects.

• Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.

• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Manage strategic projects assessing various elements of our portfolio and/or segments of the construction value chain.

• Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and industry events, and build relationships with external stakeholders to identify potential partnership opportunities.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the project management team and across the organization.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.

• 15+ years of work experience with a master's degree.

• Strategic consulting experience in a top-tier consulting company.

• Experience leading strategic projects within a complex organization.
