Product Marketing Manager

Key Purpose:
The Product Marketing Manager is supporting the product portfolio recommendation and related product management activities, assisting sales in the commercialisation of McBride product offering in the his/her specific sub-category.
He / she is focused on market understanding and information gathering. He is involved in the local project in the NPD/EPD pipeline and follow all related activities (NPDs/EPDs) including the local activation and customisation work to ensure the McBride product portfolio is fit to the market requirements (consumer and customer fit).
Key Responsabilities:
Analyses market data,starting bulding market knowledge
Analyses customers' assortment
Analyses price gaps between privale label and brands
Monitors local brands and competitors (in collaboration with R&D and Sales)
Contributes with info and ideas to the local category and strategy process
Gather information to help define consumers and customers needs Supports the build of category segmentation
Analyses NSV and margins from our local existing references
Generates simple local NPD/EPD projects
Assists in determining tactical actions (Promo, In&Out, niches
Helps local key account plans and relevant category plans to align
Supports McBride brands and licences (range of products and communication activities)
Technical Competencies & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Professional Diploma in Marketing, Business or a Related Field
Minimum 2 year experience in a Commercial or Marqueting Role
Intermediate to advanced experience of Microsoft Office (required)
Experience with international environment
Customer Service, Client Relationship, Interpersonal Communication and Markerting Strategies, as a soft skills.
